At present time, I am passionately serving as the Program Director at California Clubhouse, a local nonprofit aspiring to bring purpose, hope, and meaning to those whose lives have been disrupt by the silent suffering of mental illness.My time as Program Director has allowed me to challenge my skills in patient advocacy, finance and administration, and digital literacy, not only supporting my success at present time, but preparing me for a wide array of future vocational opportunities.Leveraging my diverse background in a variety of management roles, event planning, and healthcare administration, I have helped foster a thriving community of effective non-clinical mental healthcare services, innovative wellness programs designed to bring sustainability to one's recovery, and low-cost peer supporting resource assistance tools and activities. In addition, I have strategically redesigned the Program Agenda of California Clubhouse, to offer a multitude of mentorship opportunities, fundraising immersive peer-led workshops, created surveys designed to identify the resource needs, employment & educational objectives, and personalities of our peers to generate match making recommendations for peer partnerships internally. Furthermore, I have facilitated a continuous flow of educational trainings designed to support utilizing lived experiences to support the recovery of like-minded peers and open an influx of vocational opportunities for a demographic of globally alarming unemployment rates. To support my advancements, as well as the digital literacy support within our community, I have tenaciously supported the integration of Ai to support concept creation, marketing strategies for corporate sponsorships, as well as flow charts to support visual needs for those taking part in strategic planning and fundraising activities.In addition, I have meticulously monitored grant contracts, securing and optimizing funding for pivotal projects. My role in organizational development has redefined operational strategies, leading to significant advancements in both member support and financial sustainability. These efforts reflect my commitment to strategic leadership and innovation in the behavioral health sector. I am currently only a semester from graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications with a double minor in psychology and political science, aiming to enrich my multifaceted experience with academic insights. I plan on pursuing a Masters Certificate in Organizational Development for Nonprofit Leadership, hopefully beginning in May.
